PL/SQL Developer

Strong PL/SQL developer to develop and incorporate complex business process to enhance the current applications. Write and modify code based on requirement, enhancement and production support with emphasis on the development of application and interfaces

To develop and incorporate complex business process to enhance the current applications. Write and modify code based on requirement, enhancement and production support with specific emphasis on the development of changes related to application and interfaces data bound queries, sql tuning, pl/sql enhancements to get improved performance. Develop data interfaces, data transfer, relational diagrams, scheduling and application code. Collaborate development activities with other team members. Create technical specification and other documents as required.

Description:
Design, develop and write pl/sql code and enhance application code, tune sql code to get better performance. Developing relational data models and designs
Identify issues with the application data, analyze and apply and provide emergency release and production support. Review application server issues and provide resolution.
Write application code, data exchange interfaces, job scheduling
Update quality center defects/enhancements including test steps; code changes to build the knowledge base.
Collaborate development and integration activities with other team members. Work with business groups, internal-external team to understand requirement to write efficient application code.

Skills and other:
7+ years' of professional experience working with java based web based applications using Oracle as the backend is required.
7+ years' of working with Oracle 11g/12c/18c Database, SQL, PL/SQL programming.
5+ years' experience with Strong designing, development, and troubleshooting skills required. Knowledge of object-oriented design concepts, XML, HTML, unix scripting.
5+ years of experience and knowledge of scheduling, data exchange interfaces, data analysis, relational data model and design required.
Working experience with data security, data auditing, vulnerability scanning and report generation required
Good oral and written communication skills are required.
Applicants must have strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously in aggressive environment including off hours support.
Applicants must have the ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environmental changes.
Knowledge in software package installation, change management, and testing is preferable.
Candidate should be able to translate functional requirement, build relational model and transfer relational model into technical design and application code.
Knowledge of the scripting language, CVS/PVCS, github CI/CD, Web PLSQL tool kit is desirable.
Candidate should be an excellent team player and independently able to research and provide resolution for production support.
