Job Description

Bring your dynamic personality and your passion for sales up to the next level! My client is an international digital marketing agency, that is growing quickly in the DACH Market. Join their team as the Business Development Manager, where you will mine and cultivate new digital marketing client opportunities throughout the region. You will focus on enterprise clients across Germany. This is your chance to shine!

Tasks

  • Research, identify, prospect, contact and assist in the selling of digital marketing services
  • Build, lead and grow your own prospect list, while managing the sales cycles of their portfolio.
  • Drive significant growth in the market for new clients working towards your targets
  • Work closely with Vice President, Business Development Director, VP of Client Strategy, Account Team and other management team members throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop a transition plan for onboarding new clients to Account Services.
  • Continue to demonstrate expert knowledge of digital marketing performance solutions, proprietary platforms and methodologies.
  • Most travel is local; however, some overnight travel may be required occasionally.

Requirements

  • Mother tongue level German, fluent English
  • Minimum of 3 years of consultative inside/outside sales experience, ideally, selling marketing services to large, national companies.
  • Experience selling digital products and services. These include lead generation and marketing solutions such as SEO/SEM, social media, analytics solutions, mobile and online local presence and reputation management solutions.
  • An active network of contacts/relationships that could potentially benefit from DAC services and solutions.
  • History of successful sales and cold outreach achievements.
  • Ability to prospect and communicate with C-level executives
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, results-driven, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
