All technology projects of the CX group, including customer support, chatbot, help center, back office processing and the internal service desk
Lead a team of technical operations managers owning:
All technology projects of the CX group, including customer support, chatbot, help center, backoffice processing and the internal service desk
Ongoing management of applications (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, Playvox), including product enhancements, incident management and vendor management
Manage relationships with third party app vendorsts to technology solutions by developing business requirements, project plans, budgets, schedules and risk profiles
Lead execution from design through test and delivery with an emphasis on software configuration and change management
Ability to motivate and manage the team to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives and groom requests for faster execution
Manage relationships with third-party app vendors party app vendors
