Job Title: Procurement Clerks
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?):Universal City, CA ( Part-Time role On-site Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Work Hours: 9am - 6pm

Strong Administrative Support - MS Office, calendar management, Word/Excel intermediate skills, ability to work with PowerPoint (edit slides)

Min 2 years administrative assistant exp

Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy

Flexible may work on small projects to obtain informal RFQ's from vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred with no less than 2 years' experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Compile information and records to update vendor records for procurement of materials and services.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate with staff to ensure proper record retention, filing and updating dashboards/trackers.
- Respond to day-to-day inquiries such as status of vendor payments, vendor setups and payment term inquiries.
- May work on small projects to obtain informal RFQ's from vendors.
