The Designeris imperative to creating on-brand emails, website pages, direct mail and in-package print marketing materials, and occasionally packaging & physical products.

What You ll Do:
- Opportunity to work with the Digital Brand, Retention and Growth teams to create on-brand designs for email campaigns, landing pages updating site pages as needed, paid media ads etc.
- Creative freedom to create requested assets within given timelines
- Provide creative direction to photographer and content team to develop assets required to complete designs
- Prototype web pages/landing pages in Figma using a mobile-first approach
- Image retouching and manipulation on product and model photography
- Own the presentation of assigned projects to cross-functional teams for feedback and final approval
- Execute best practices in user-centric design for desktop and mobile
Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of design-related work experience, ideally in e-commerce
- A stellar portfolio that demonstrates creative range
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Understanding of web and email structure and best practices
- Highly organized and detailed, including clean internal file management.
- An eye for current aesthetics and trends.
- Ability to do light retouching and image manipulation.
- Experience prototyping with Figma
- Experience working within Brand Guidelines and working on and with UI Kits.
