Delivery Manager for Security Practice

• This is not customer specific position, we are looking for Delivery manager role having max 15 to 18 years of experience, having security domain background.
• This role will essentially involve into multiple activities related to unit growth involving offshore onsite coordination, helping onsite staffing and proposal help. Hence Security domain knowledge is needed.
• We would like to have candidate who has played onsite-offshore coordination role and ready to work from any of our Persistent US Locations. No remote allowed. Some background of Security domain is must.

Role: Delivery Manager for Security Practice

Client: Persistent Internal position

Location: Santa Clara CA / Bridgewater NJ / Seattle WA / Charlotte NC (Must work from any of Persistent locations)

Full Time Only (Open for H1 Transfers as well but 1^st preference is for Non H1B)

Job Description:

• Should have work on extensive experience of around 10+ years in responding on RFI for global or local clients.
• To engage Partner and / or Customer solution architect and security team in solution design and proposition.
• Understand business requirements and able to define the solution and proposals.
• Coordinate with sales team and help with any technical discussions during pre-sales/proposal stage.
• Have discussion with customer to provide account management/review
• Work as a bridge between onsite & offshore teams as needed and help coordination.
