Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

. About 4-5 yrs experience as a Scrum Master

. Kanban/Agile/Scrum

. Experience working in SaFe methodologies.

Experience handling multiple projects with at least 20 team members

Running daily scrums (Offshore/Onsite teams)

Create Burndown charts

Business interaction

Strong, effective communication skills.

JIRA/Confluence experience

Scrum master preferred with:

Bright/ Sharp problem solver attitude

Able to coordinate and navigate with Tech teams

Understanding of high level tech stacks used in the project- FE/ BE

Third party tech dependencies etc

High Energy, Ability to work in an aggressive fast paced environment

Good on Agile concepts & releases

Scrum master preferred with below Domain

Experience in Home warranty/Insurance domains

Service management

Projects with hospital claims insurance company, pharmacy. Automative insurance, field service management ( transferable).
