Mandatory Requirements:

Upon the awarding of the agreement, the DCC must:
Provide an estimate for each deliverable/task requested by the client
Provide a weekly update to the Court System's Project Manager (Phillip Yow) that details work performed and hours billed
Receive approval from Phillip Yow before conducting any work beyond the agreed-upon hours for each deliverable
Provide thorough documentation related to any task
Available at least several hours each week for consultation if necessary
Have at least five years of Drupal experience
Ensure their staff is Acquia Certified
Provide certificates of NYS Workers' comp and disability insurance coverage
