Job Description
Web System Engineer
Cleveland, OH (Day 1 Onsite)
- Assist Application Support with non-prod and non-urgent production related questions and issues.
- Fulfill requests to modify configurations for an application (i.e. adjust heap, update datasource connection string, modify pool sizes, etc.).
- Perform certificate renewals (i.e. WAS PdPerm certificate renewals).
- Monitoring and take action on infrastructure alerts (i.e. CPU, Memory, File Systems, OOM, hung threads, etc.)
- Perform patching on the infrastructure (i.e. FixPacks and / or iFixes).
- Assist with research and remediation of infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Provide analysis on load tests performed
