LOOKING FOR MALE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY THIS PRODUCTION OPERATOR JOBS
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech
Exp : Freshers to 4 Years
Freshers Salary : 12k to 15k
Exp Salary : 20k to 25k
Vacancy : 12
Location : Chennai
Benefits : Foods and Accommodation
1. Take batches from RM store to granulation area, verify raw material, and start granulation processes.
2. Maintain daily log books and all other documents related to area and batch.
3. Cleaning, Operation and maintenance of Rapid Mixer Granulator, Fluid bed dryer, Blender, Starch paste kettle, Multi - mill and auto clean in place cycle.
4. To measure of LOD of granules.
5. Maintain BMR of each and every step of granulation.
6. Other responsibilities assigned by the head of the department.
Responsible for shift production quantity quality
Responsible for plants housekeeping
Monitor plant to ensure efficient production.
Responsible for handling distillation process.
