Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, overseeing and performing maintenance of manufacturing equipment, administering maintenance records, coordinating and overseeing contractor activities, and training maintenance personnel.

You must be willing to:
Directly manage three (3) employees; 1 I&E Technician & 2 Plant Mechanics
Develop/execute the yearly maintenance plan/budget
Manage/improve the preventative maintenance program
Assist in the planning & execution of large maintenance projects & shutdown work
Attend/actively participate in all safety & production meetings

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
High School Diploma/GED; & 1 year certificate from a college or technical school
OR 10+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility in a related industry
Skills in electrical/PLC/carpentry/welding/pipefitting/machinery alignment/millwright/plumbing/rigging/hydraulics/use of hand & power tools
Proven leadership/management/supervisory experience
Understanding of EH & S systems
