DIESEL CREEK CONTRACTING INC.
Currently hiring 1 Administrative Assistant
Business location: 29115 Haverman Rd, Abbotsford, BC, V4X 2P4
Yard location: 31381 King Rd, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 5Z2
Wage: $27/hour for 8hrs/day and 40hrs/week.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: As Soon as possible
Requirements for this position
Must be able to speak and write in English.
High school diploma is required.
1 to 2 years of experience is required.
Degree or diploma in the relevant field is an asset.
Benefits
Relocation cost is covered, if required.
Medical and Dental insurance is provided by the employer
Duties
Answer and Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person.
Organize files, Fax reports, and scanned documents.
Create and maintain spreadsheet using excel functions and calculate to develop reports and lists.
Organize on and offsite meetings.
Maintain office files, records and logs showing the status of action and correspondence.
Ensure the day-to-day operation management of the office, order all business, office and general supplies.
