The Workday Integrations and Reports Developer will have experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations and Reports. This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own integrations and reports in Workday HRIS, Finance and Adaptive InSight to design develop and deliver as required by the business. Work independently and/or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations and Reports delivery.Gather requirements and prototype the solutions.Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessaryDevelop new, or modifying existing, integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.Manage and support Workday integrations, both inbound and outbound from Workday to other vendors (i.e. benefits, payroll, internal systems, etcAnalyze and classify production issues or new enhancements to Workday integrations including identifying change needed and documenting scope of change and impact on other integrations or processesDevelop and execute test plans, while documenting results, that will thoroughly exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance regarding business requirementsParticipate in walk-throughs which review program specifications, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with organization standards and guidelinesLead the setup, configuration and maintenance as needed including ID management, PGP / SSH keys, SSL certificates, sFTP and SSO configurations for the HR technology stack both related to server infrastructure and to integrations within WorkdayProvide production support for internal stakeholders on HR and Finance related applications, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issuesMust have advanced experience in Workday HCM report writing, dashboard development, and worklet configurationAdvanced knowledge of report writing using standard, advanced, matrix and composite reportsExperience creating and maintaining complex calculated fields and custom objectsExperience creating custom reports as worklets for use on dashboards and scorecardsAdvanced Workday knowledge of object relationships (including Report Data Source, Primary Business Objects, and Related Business Objects)4+ years relevant experience with integration technologies including Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and JavaMust have proven experience with Workday Integrations and Advanced ReportingExperience with HR and Finance systems and solutions such as Workday HCM, Workday Financials Experience with requirements documentation, including ability to provide feedback on design of processesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethic, follow-through and communication skills for all assigned areas of responsibilityAbility to articulate the issues and propose viable solutionsAbility to work independently, inform appropriately, and self-manage among assigned priority itemsTeam playerAt least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday StudioExperience in development of complex reportsGeneral knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areasGood understanding of Workday securityAdaptive Insight Knowledge
