Marketing Manager

We are currently hiring a permanent, full-time results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to join us to execute digital marketing initiatives and activities across of our core products to help us the expansion to the new and existing markets. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop and extend product distribution for offline marketing, including identifying suitable partners, agencies, and sponsors with whom to collaborate, and expanding the business by opening new branches across Canada; Create, manage, and monitor a variety of social media channels and websites to engage customers and improve company's exposure, and launch online marketing campaigns aimed at luring youth to trendy toys; Oversee the creation of marketing materials for online and offline campaigns, such as social media videos, posters, brochures and other materials; Direct and implement marketing strategies such as positioning and branding, identifying target customer, building marketing plans, and partnering with influencers to promote the toys, among others; Monitor the researches of marketing trends and customers needs, taking into account prospective new resources, techniques, and tools, as well as youth attitudes toward popular toys; Conduct marketing analytics reporting and gather feedbacks from customers in order to give recommendations on products improvements, and pricing references in assisting product development; Develop and allocate the marketing teams workload, by properly assigning the works to the right marketing person and salespeople with clear and unambiguous instructions; Oversee staffs performance, while driving collaboration and coordinating internal personnel among the stores; Hire and train staffs and agencies; Qualifications: A university degree or college diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields; Three years of experience in sales or marketing representative or in a related occupation are required.
