Job Description
TPF Recruitment is supporting a market leading, and highly reputable, Top 30 firm of chartered accountants based in Kent who are searching for an experienced Corporate Tax Partner to join their Team. They are also open to aspiring Senior Managers, and Directors, who have either general corporate tax experience, or specialist skills in areas such as corporate transactions, R&D, EIS reorganisations etc.The role will involve dealing with clients focusing on OMB corporate tax clients across the UK, ranging from 5- 100m turnover, across a wide range of sectors and industries. You will oversee the team, work with other partners within the business, and be supported by an experienced team of directors and managers.You can be based in the Canterbury, or Medway areas.

A large proportion of the position, will be built around the candidate, and their experience, but as an example, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an alreadyestablished, and growing clientportfolio.
- Overseeingthe corporatetax compliance function.
- Overseeing the corporate tax team of around 8 staff
- Analysing and interpreting data to provide solutions to client tax issues.
- Producing high-quality and professional tax reports for clients.
- Leading, managing, motivating and coaching more junior members of staff, working effectively to review their performance and aid their professional development.
- Advising and assisting OMBs in respect of their business and tax requirements for example succession planning, remuneration planning, timing of capital expenditure.
- Supportiung the other partners with networking, cross referrals and business development.
Requirements
- To be considered for this position you should be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
- You will work in a Top 10, Top 100, or medium to large independent accountancy practice
- You will be looking to either progress from a Senior Manager or Director level position into a Partnership job, or be an already established Partner, looking to join a market leading firm of Top 20 chartered accountants.
- Based, or relocating to Kent- Preferably Mid Kent, or West Kent.
- You can be based in the Canterbury, or Medway areas.
