Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Dublin 1, Hybrid working model 50%.

Contract / Permanent: 6 Months, With further extension

Start date: January 2023 (subject to the on- boarding and Garda vetting process)

About The role:

The Client (the Bank) requires the services of a skilled Business Analyst to join the Business Analysis team.

Candidates must have more than 4 years recent Business Analysis experience.

Candidates will ideally have.

Experience of working on large complex projects

Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience of working on Public Procurements initiatives

Experience of working in the public and/or financial sector

The successful candidate may be assigned to one of a number of projects or initiatives in the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to reassign successful candidates on the basis of changing needs during their engagement with the Bank

Experience Level Required:

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 4-6 years recent Business Analysis Experience

High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements

User Stories and supporting material

Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes

Requirements Traceability Matrices

Other deliverables as required depending on the initiative

Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets:

The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role.

The ideal candidate will have worked on a number of large and complex projects in a Business Analyst role.

They should:

1. have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling

2. have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, with multiple including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops with multiple diverse stakeholders

3. have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholders

4. have experience in producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
