Project Controller (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for controlling our project budgets for constructing photovoltaic and wind power plants.
• You analyze and track all costs related to projects, such as subcontractors, suppliers, and consulting fees.
• You ensure that our budgets are adhered to and identify possible deviations at an early stage.
• You carry out forecasts for future project expenditures in coordination with the construction team.
• You review supplier in_voice_s and identify changes that affect the budget at an early stage.
• You prepare monthly reports on cost development and the EAC forecast.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable course of study and can look back on at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry.
• You know how to analyze cost reports and can communicate the result appropriately to your team members.
• You have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• You are familiar with working in an international and multicultural environment and have high cultural awareness.
• You are a team player, solution-oriented, results-driven, and service-oriented.
• You are familiar with common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• You are business fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
