Job Description

Our Belgian client Mega offers a free online platform which compares the prices of electricity and natural gas from different Belgian energy suppliers and the (potential) customer can immediately choose the most advantageous offer.

There is a two-week full-time training program in which you will be given the necessary knowledge and skills to advise clients as effectively as possible. After that you could possibly work 32 or 24 hours.

There is a training program at the office:

  • Buddy system; where one can listen side-by-side with a colleague;

Your role

For a customer, based in the center of Barcelona, we are looking for Outbound Call Center Agents who speak Flemish with English. Candidates must live in Barcelona or be willing to relocate in the short term.

On this project you provide advice to customers who do not know which supplier to choose or who have doubts about different offers. It is an outbound function in which answering questions and giving advice on various offers are among your core tasks.

Profile

  • Call centre experience is an added value, but not required;
  • Sales experienced is appreciated but is not a must;
  • Basic computer skills are necessary;
  • Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
  • Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours;
  • You are looking for a challenging long term position;
  • Good writing skills in Dutch is a must.
