Job Description

On the heels of our recent $20M Series A funding, we are aggressively growing our teams in our Denver, London, and Barcelona offices and looking for passionate, hungry people who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

Tasks

As the Sr. Content Marketing Strategist, you ll lead the content marketing activities that strengthen Cledara's brand, increase awareness, drive content performance, build community and deliver qualified leads.

You will have the opportunity to create original content as well as nurture existing content for our website, marketing collateral, campaigns, emails, sales materials, videos, and more. You will also work with our designers, marketing team, product and sales, freelancers and our founders to create awareness and drive demand for Cledara.

Highlights of the role:

  • Ideate, own, and execute the content plan to create, distribute, and measure content for Cledara to drive inbound demand
  • Develop a compelling content strategy with editorial calendars, managing the entire content journey
  • Work with outsourced and in-house writers to deliver engaging content, including blogs, customer stories, website and social media copy.
  • Constantly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of everything you do.

Requirements

The following requirements are must-haves:

  • Outstanding US English written and verbal communication skills
  • 7+ years of demonstrated success leading a content team at a successful company. B2B Startup experience highly preferred
  • Experience growing a site's organic traffic through content strategies
  • You're comfortable with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You have demonstrated experience across the entire content journey and have examples of past successful campaigns.

  • You have a high level of curiosity and positive energy
  • You have exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills (internally and externally)
  • Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of traditional and modern marketing dynamics, tactics and strategies
