Senior Product Manager

We're excited and looking to welcome our first Senior Product Manager to join our collaborative and innovative team to work across the various moving parts that make up Speckle (our interoperability platform, collaborative features, and more) across desktop and web!

Your responsibilities

As the first Senior Product Manager, you will work on the features in Speckle that allow people to communicate and engage with 3D designs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our founders to define the vision & strategy for Speckle & collaborate with our incredible engineering teams! We want you to use your voice, share your perspective, and have a tangible impact on your point of view!

• You talk to customers and develop expertise in how they use or want to use Speckle.
• You dive deep into our product analytics to craft insights into the behaviours and needs of our Community, and translate those insights into hypotheses, tests, and features that ultimately lead to an evolving & improved product experience
• You conduct the day-to-day you'd expect in a Senior PM, such as driving planning and prioritisation, defining and tracking key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, etc.
• You will be encouraged to use your autonomy & share ideas on how to add additional value within Speckle!

Your profile

• You have experience within Product Management as a Senior Product Manager/Owner in a Startup environment
• You have a great understanding around user experience and can build relationships with key customers and our community
• You enjoy the challenge of working and building complex tools that balance power and flexibility with ease of use and have an eye for the details, both user experience & technical nuances
• You can balance user research, data analysis, your team's input, and your instincts in the decision-making process
• You have strong organisational skills and are extremely hands-on, and driven to contribute to our mission
• You demonstrate a high level of an entrepreneurial mindset, wanting to tackle all sorts of tasks
