Job Description
- Maintain the Database clean and reliable, manage clients reassignment and deduplication of profiles
- Data Mining, KPIs tracking, Strategic Analysis and Reporting
- Make sure all Client Advisors perform the assigned CRM activities on a daily basis
- Creation and control of target list for all direct marketing activities and in-store events
- In-Store Events organization (catering, client list, schedule etc.)
- Cost control and budgeting
- Ensure dedicated CRM training sessions for new joiners and senior staff
