Join our mission to instantly offer clean and usable file data by building a world-class marketing team from start to finish. We successfully raised our pre-seed round from A+ VC's and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale our growth engine.

Tasks

Support us in creating the leading data onboarding SaaS startup in Europe. We built a tool with massive scaling potential that needs to be sold to an untouched market. Define, build and scale our marketing engine from scratch.

In this position, you will support our marketing efforts from strategy to defining and growing our inbound channels to empower thousands of companies to break free from messy spreadsheets and loads of admin work. You will be a real innovator in the B2B segment, working with our Head of Sales, Content Lead and Co-Founders to manage and navigate our company in the right direction.

  • Strategy: Build from scratch! Define and build a marketing strategy in cooperation with our Sales Department
  • You conceptualise, create & scale paid social (and at best search) campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, Google (and Facebook)
  • Accompany campaigns from lead generation to closed deal & have the opportunity to actively shape and optimize them
  • Create performance reports with the most important KPIs for your accounts and communicate them across the Growth Team

Requirements

  • You have a deep passion for SaaS business models and ideally, bring 2+ years of experience in Marketing to the table
  • A mission-driven person that is excited to share and strengthen our values inside the organization
  • Preferably you have worked in or built a marketing team at an early-stage startup and successfully built well-working inbound channels before
  • Experience in creating and maintaining campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn
  • You focus on analysis-based insights while still pushing a creative experimentation spirit into your daily work
  • Strong communication skills in English (and German), manifested in a well-chosen articulation
