Caspar Health was founded in 2016 and is setting new standards for the rehabilitation market. We enable people to regain and maintain their independence after an illness or accident.
With new technologies and our close partnership with rehabilitation clinics, patients get access to the most effective digital rehabilitation with concurrent personal care - independent of time and location.

Your Challenges
- You will be maintaining and improving our infrastructure and IaC using the AWS best practices.
- You will take responsibility for maintaining and improving our existing CI infrastructure and enhancing our development workflows.
- You will be supporting infrastructure requirements for development teams.
Your profile
- You have demonstrated experience in computer networking and Linux administration.
- You are proficient in shell scripting and one or more scripting languages such as Python or NodeJS.
- You understand the principles of load balancing and high availability.
- You understand security and data privacy best practices.
- You have a strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services and its best practices.
- You are experienced with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and have experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
- You worked with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- You have strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to transfer knowledge and document best practices for team clarity.
- You have a solid understanding of CI/CD environments and role based access protocols.
- You have experience with monitoring tools and distributed tracing.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bonus points:
- Previous work experience within the eHealth and/or digital healthcare sector.
- Experience with more than one cloud provider.
- Experience with Github Actions.
- Amazon Associate certificate is a definite plus.
- Worked in an Agile environment.
