Your Tasks:

Do you love to identify the needs of your customers and develop innovative solutions from them? Then you've come to the right place! At the largest European hosting company, we offer you the opportunity to further develop the topic of web hosting on the basis of the latest technologies. Our Advanced Hosting division's product portfolio is aimed at agencies, web professionals as well as private users and self-employed people.

High-performance hosting is our focus. As a product owner, you are responsible for the further development of your products as well as the strategy and roadmap. You will help us to develop new and innovative solutions geared to the needs of our customer group. You enjoy working in a cross-functional, agile team and actively take on the technical leadership in partnership with product managers, software developers and user experience designers to realise the product vision. You have a strong hands-on mentality and a healthy pragmatism. In your concepts, you have an ideal image in mind and yet you don't get lost in the details when it comes to implementation.

• You help shape the further development of our web hosting product portfolio.
• You write and evaluate user stories together with your team members, experts and involved departments.
• You create and maintain the product backlog derived from the product strategy and ensure prioritisation of the user stories.
• You create transparency regarding the current product usage and customer behaviour using appropriate product KPIs.
• You define acceptance criteria in cooperation with product managers, software developers and user experience designers.
• You work with the team to align product vision, business requirements and time-to-market.
• You analyse the market, customers and competition in the WordPress environment and use this information to develop your product roadmap.

We Appreciate:

The cornerstone of your success is a completed degree, preferably in the field of information technologies or comparable professional training. You are enthusiastic about modern technologies in the field of hosting and have a keen sense for customer requirements and would like to shape the digital future on the web together with us.

• You are familiar with the world of modern web development and LAMP stack, scalability, performance are no foreign words to you.
• You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality, have a passion for your customers, a clear idea of what makes a good customer journey and can support this analytically.
• You are open-minded, communicative and open to trying out new things and experimenting on a daily basis.
• You are confident and strong in working with internal and external stakeholders as well as with an agile organised development team.
• High level of self-organisation as well as understanding of the agile way of working and ideally first experience with project management tools e.g. JIRA are desirable.
• Very good written and spoken English skills and knowledge of Office solutions round off your profile.
