We help companies across Europe and the US become more successful users of SaaS by unifying and automating the whole SaaS journey in a business - discovery, purchase, management, and cancellation.

Tasks

We are looking to grow our sales team by adding our first inbound SDR who will be integral to helping Cledara grow our scaling inbound funnel and become a leader in the SaaS management space.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious person who have had some experience with inbound at a fast-paced startup and can serve as our first team member to scale inbound as a profitable channel.

As our first inbound SDR, you will work inbound leads that are driven by our marketing team and you will enrich and qualify them to then create sales opportunities for our Account Executives to follow up on. We are looking to build a team of dynamic and adaptable individuals who are passionate about developing new business and introducing our product with the intention of helping companies get visibility and control over their SaaS.

We re looking for someone who can overachieve in this inbound SDR role, with a monthly meeting quota responsibility, and grow quickly within the team. We are focused on solution-based sales and uncovering complexities and unnecessary costs in our clients current SaaS management process which can be easily fixed through Cledara s offering.

As a Cledara inbound SDR you will:

  • Qualify MQLs and manage inbound sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in Salesforce.
  • Book inbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research.
  • Collect data from Apollo & Lusha to outreach at an account level.
  • Deliver relevant content to prospects.
  • Report insights & provide feedback to the marketing & product teams.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head of Sales & CMO to improve processes and build sustainable procedures for growth.
  • Ensure a proactive approach to learning.
  • Maintain a positive mindset irrespective of any challenging situations.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales quota.

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to discover, evaluate and test new technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Good time-management and organizational skills

  • Evidence of overachievement
  • Bachelor s degree or above (Desirable)
