Electrical / Hardware Engineer Internship (m/f/d) IoT StartUp

We are offering an internship position in the hardware engineering team of Livello, a retail tech IoT company.

Requirement: Mandatory internship of 6+ months for Bachelor's or Master's students

Start: immediately / by arrangement

Location: D sseldorf-Bilk

Tasks

• You support your colleagues from the hardware and production department in the daily business, getting insights into the design, development, optimization and production of innovative IoT and embedded products
• You aid in the assembly of electronic and mechanical components to complete and deliver our products
• You assist for tests, analysis, technical documentation, quality control and maintenance
• You work alone or with a small team on sub-projects
• You communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for items needed for developments
• You assist to provide support to other team members regarding hardware issues

Requirements

• Enrolled in university program / Studies in the field of hardware engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Mandatory internship of 6 months
• Professional experience in hardware development or production, incl. work with RaspberryPi, ESP32, Arduin and PCD Design
• Coding experience in Python/MicroPython and/or Embedded C / C++
• Fluent English language skills
• High degree of quality awareness, organized working methods and passion for technology
