Requirements

YOU CHECK THOSE BOXES

3+ years experience in HR in an international environment with a focus on HR Operations

• Good knowledge of German labour law
• HR allrounder who enjoys a mixture of operational topics and project management
• Previous experience implementing & developing HR processes, i.e feedback, career development
• You are proactive and bring in refreshing & effective ideas
• A team player with a passion for working closely with a variety of stakeholders and coordinating different needs
• You take ownership and work well independently to get things done
• You are self-reliant, structured, and organised
• You feel comfortable in an international and dynamic startup culture
• Very good communication skills both in English and German (C2)
• You are located in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
