Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Independent project management with major customers: As soon as a new customer has signed the contract, you show what you can do and move the customer's entire logistics to the PartsCloud fulfillment center. You will keep an overview at all times and bear full responsibility - from the first workshops to the physical move of a warehouse with hundreds of thousands of parts. Your customers range from hidden champions in the Black Forest to TecDax corporations.
• Setting up international logistics: screws to Shanghai or shafts to Wellington? This only works if you develop perfect processes for customers together with our logistics partners. There are no limits to your creativity when it comes to rethinking processes and questioning the existing.
• Setting standards: Always do the same thing do you find boring? We do too! That's why you use the knowledge gained from your projects to develop a system that you and your team can use to scale customer moves. If you manage to multiply the number of projects running in parallel without compromising quality, you've done everything right. For that, you'll need vision, process thinking, and a secret penchant for efficiency hacks.
• Build Team: As our customer base grows, so does your team. You'll build a powerful team of project managers who share your love of structured work and will stick with you through thick and thin.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in the implementation of projects, ideally in the logistics and/or spare parts environment
• You like to be on the spot and with your hands-on mentality you are a project leader appreciated by everyone
• You have a structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication skills
• With your perseverance and persuasiveness, you are able to win over a wide range of stakeholders for change projects.
• You are solution-oriented, highly self-motivated and do not lose sight of the goal even in difficult situations.
• You have a very good command of German and English
