• Coordinate and ensure efficient logistics processes in day-to-day operations (picking, incoming and outgoing goods) based on specified key performance and quality indicators.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes in close cooperation with the Head of Customer Service and the plant management team at the site
• Disciplinary management and further development of employees as well as control of personnel deployment
• Ensuring a smooth exchange of information within the area of responsibility as well as with neighboring departments

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:

• Degree with focus on logistics/SCM or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the management of warehouse or shipping logistics
• Experience in leading and developing employees taking into account modern management methods
• Preferably practical knowledge in the development and implementation of lean activities as well as in project management
• English and German proficiency at least C1 level
• Solution orientation, assertiveness as well as a communication style appropriate to the target group
