Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

rapitag has the vision to make retail saver, faster and more convenient than ever. Founded in 2017, the start-up has uplifted the traditional security tag into a multi-patented, high-tech IoT device enabling retailers for the first time ever to provide safe and fast self-check-out and significant process optimization for high-value products.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for our Munich office as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Creating compelling customer journeys and integration concepts with our future clients.
• Pitching rapitag to prospects all over the world, on trade fairs, in their headquarters or remote.
• Negotiating and closing deals to grow the widespread of rapitag.
• Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives, thereby gaining full insight into all aspects and decision-making of a growing international high-tech company.
• Experience a high degree of learning and ownership in a very dynamic environment, developing the skills needed for a future senior management/startup founder role

Requirements

• Enrollment in or graduate from a top-tier university program related to Business Administration, Economics or a similar field.
• First experiences in sales or business development.
• Analytical skill set for data-based evaluation and a proactive working style characterized by a high degree of motivation and a holistic approach to problem-solving - A getting things done attitude.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Good visualization skills.
