Our implementation team is looking for a Software Trainer/Implementation Specialist (d/m/w) to perform software implementations for national and international clients to help them take full advantage of Plunet BusinessManager. Our networked teams work together towards one goal: to expand our market leadership and take our businesses to the next level.

Tasks

We are looking for a motivated Software Trainer/Implementation Specialist to perform software implementations and user training for our customers to help them get the most out of Plunet BusinessManager.

Our team in Berlin, Kreuzberg is looking for you to join us immediately.

Requirements

• You have a university degree in linguistics or a foreign language; other degrees in combination with a high interest in technology, customer service, and project management are welcome.
• In addition to your studies, you have a very good technical and business understanding as well as a solution- and service-oriented attitude toward customers.
• You have very good written and spoken English and German skills, which are essential for communicating with customers.

Nice to have

• You already have experience in the translation industry and knowledge of project management and CAT tools.
• It would be an advantage if you already know Plunet BusinessManager or have worked with our software as a project manager and/or experienced user.
