One of CoachHub promises to our customers is to provide the most insightful and appealing analytics portal. This portal provides analytical information in the form of dashboards. Our teams have today delivered great results with the tools at hand. We are looking for an individual that will help us continue this effort and take it to the next level.

As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will guide us in the journey to transform these critical dashboards. While we are leveraging Google Looker platform, we have started to create a set of in-house visualizations to match our ambition. Beyond supporting the customers portal, you will support other internal initiatives visualizing data.

• Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals
• You are focused on making data useful to a wide variety of users. You enjoy the challenge of making complex data intuitive to a broad audience
• Knowledgeable about trade-offs between different chart types and able to make good decisions on how to best represent various types of data
• Bring a critical eye to our work, and patience to refine it with us until we meet your standards
• You collaborate with data analysts and engineers to deliver within your team
• You will be performing checks and data cleaning to ensure the data integrity
• Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
• Be an owner of our delivery ensuring quality in the data that is presented

Your Profile

• 2-5 yrs design or development experience including front-end visualizations, dashboards, and data based content
• Expertise in JavaScript, D3, WebGL, and/or Shader language GL/SL, HTML, CSS
• Fluency with a Git/GitHub version control workflow
• Ability to lead your own projects and work independently once given a direction
• Ability to work with complex datasets
• Experience developing visualisation embedded in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, MicroStrategy.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices in performance tuning and user-centric design
• Experience with Looker is a plus
• You have good English language skills
