Support Engineer (M/W/D)

Your responsibilities

For our team we are looking for a Support Engineer (M/W/D).

• You support our customers and solve problems related to the installation and operation of our energy management system (remote as well as on-site)
• In cooperation with our product and development teams you continuously improve our products
• You share new solutions with your colleagues and maintain our knowledge database
• You conduct technical trainings on our products for customers

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in technical support
• You have experience in network technology, PV systems, inverters and charging stations
• Analytical skills and quick thinking in technical set-ups of our customers are no challenge for you
• You manage to stay calm in stressful situations and keep a cool head
• Reliable and systematic work characterize you
• You are familiar with ethernet networks
• Business fluent German and English round off your profile
