The Opportunity

How would you like to spark curiosity in potential customers and leverage your expertise in sales to fuel our growth?

We are looking for your expertise to lead our sales enablement strategy and create a roadmap for company-wide sales enablement topics. Together with senior leaders across different departments you will be defining the sales excellency strategy. In this role, you will have the chance to develop programs for building the highest quality onboarding and further skill development of existing sales employees, across both remote and in-person settings, direct, channel and SaaS selling methods. In this comprehensive role you will lead all specific enablement initiatives - from defining the overall program and roll-out plan, deciding on the applied enablement tools and methods, orchestrate and contribute to content creation, delivering the enablement to the teams and running to measurement on delivery and enablement impact.

The team that you would join consists of experienced Account Executives, Business Development professionals, and more. All with a diverse set of cultural and professional backgrounds, who share a passion for our technology, especially the impact of SaaS in reality capture.

How you will make an impact

  • You will collaborate with all senior leaders from our sales team, preparing enablement programs together with our Solution Factory, the Product Management & Marketing teams, especially when new products or solutions are launched.
  • You will contribute significantly to the company's strategy by proactively shaping meaningful educational content that empowers us on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will be at the forefront of reviewing our sales strategies and processes and refining them with experts, partially also with external consultants, to build playbooks for all stages from prospecting to closing.
  • You will analyse data and gather feedback to identify opportunities to provide training and enablement to the sales team and build engaging training programs with measurable outcomes.

What will help you succeed in the role

  • Your passion for enabling and strengthening talents will allow you to grow the team and thus the company, with the programs that you have built.
  • With strong business acumen and empathy for the needs of the business and/or market, you will succeed in understanding different positions' value proposition in the company and helping them surpass their limit by right enablement method.
  • Your previous experience in the sales enablement/ training field, ideally connected to a B2B tech firm, will help you create and drive the most outstanding programs with NavVis
  • Your entrepreneurial spirit will empower you to enjoy cross-team collaboration, adapt easily to change, and enjoy the fast-paced environment.
  • Your exceptional presentation and communication skills will enable you to be comfortable speaking to large groups and underline your ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and effective manner.
  • Your proactive nature and curiosity would help you with brilliant brainstorming on outreach initiatives, and come up with creative ways to improve our process
