People Operations Manager (all genders) in Berlin

Your Tasks

We are looking for a German speaking People Operations Manager to join our People Operations team in Berlin. Together we will rock the Employee Journey at DCI and take it to a new level. With your organizational skills, expertise and passion for People Operations topics and tasks, you will be the first point of contact for cross-site administrative tasks in the Talent & Culture area.

Many exciting projects await you in a start-up in the education industry, which has grown very strongly and quickly since its founding and now also offers completely remote courses in the digital field for participants throughout Germany. The main focus of your job will be to respond to the daily requests of our employees, to support them with your know-how with heart and mind, and to help shape and introduce new processes. In doing so you will ensure that every employee feels well met, taken care of and looked after. Your tasks include:

• From our HQ in Berlin, you are responsible for cross-location administrative HR tasks such as HR tool maintenance, contract creation to payroll.
• You are available to our employees with a lot of empathy for labor law and personnel-related questions with the high demand to increase the satisfaction of the employees.
• You work independently on the improvement of all administrative processes, including onboarding and offboarding as well as the support in important projects on the "Employee Lifecycle".

Your Skills

• You have already gained professional experience in the personnel area and approach administrative tasks with great care and an eye for detail.
• Your organizational skills and your ability to work in a team characterize you as well as your communication skills and positive attitude.
• You have already worked in a start-up and enjoy the atmosphere in a flexible work environment.
• You have a successfully completed degree or vocational training with several years of professional experience, e.g. in business administration, economics or as a human resources specialist.
• You also speak excellent German and very good English.
