Product Analytics Lead (m/w/d)

YOUR ROLE

As a Product Analytics Lead (m/f/d) at StudySmarter, you will have a direct influence on the development of our learning platform, which is used by millions of students and pupils in Europe. You will closely collaborate with product leadership, business intelligence and user research teams and line-manage all product analytics team members. Also you will support our six product managers and their cross-functional teams on a daily basis.

Together we will work towards our goal of empowering everyone to achieve their educational goals and making StudySmarter the world s #1 learning platform.

Tasks

The following tasks await you:

• Your main responsibility is to lead our growing team of (currently 2-3) Product Analysts
• You will be in charge of onboarding new team members
• You will coach user researchers, product managers and product designers in using Amplitude and working with product analytics to drive the data mindset in our teams
• You support product analysts with their weekly challenges around tooling, process and analytics
• You gather user insights and coordinate long-term initiatives around quantitative user research
• You continuously improve our experimentation setup, analytics tooling and product analytics process

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in product analytics
• You have 3+ years of experience in leading teams
• You are proficient in using analytics tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics
• You have strong analytical skills and a data/user-driven mindset to derive actionable insights from user behaviour
• Your high creativity helps you to develop different solution concepts for existing product problems
• You are motivated to shape the future of education with us and enjoy developing digital products further
• You have a strong B2C product and experimentation mindset
