(Senior) Lecturer HR Consultant Online Course (all genders) German-speaking

Your Tasks

We are looking for a (Senior) Lecturer for our HR Consultant online course to teach HR skills in German to our participants from all over the world.

The course will include knowledge of German employment law and equally focus on IT Recruiting and People Analytics__.

• You will create detailed, hands-on course content based on the latest HR knowledge and will be in close contact with other lecturers as well as the product owner/coordinator for the course.
• You are responsible for the successful delivery of the course content (a lot of practical relevance) and train the course participants to become Digital HR pioneers.
• You are available for all open questions regarding the content of the course, and you work on building a trusting and personal relationship with your participants.
• Your ideas for the optimization of the course as well as the continuous evaluation lead to an increased learning experience and course quality.

Your Skills

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the HR field and know the entire HR cycle (including recruiting, payroll, people analytics) as well as the basics of German labor law, ideally with management experience.
• The implementation, digitalization and continuous development of HR processes and HR systems are not new territory for you.
• Your degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Education, Business Psychology, Business Management or a similar field, or alternatively your further education as an HR Officer, complements your profile.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in the didactic field as a lecturer, trainer, consultant, or coach.
• Your working style is characterized by excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as high intercultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
• You inspire and motivate, and enjoy creative approaches to ensure an optimal learning flow for the course participants.
• Your interest in the digital sector sets you apart.
• You write and speak exceptional German, and have a very good command of English.
