Roles &Responsibilities:

• Automate data collection process from databases and APIs.
• Analyze raw data and find pattern to improve member experience.
• Process unstructured data to store and visualize
• Strong hands on experience in data visualization.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc.
• Tools & Technologies: Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, Dynatrace, Ms Sql,
• Languages: SQL, Java, Python, C, C++, JavaScript, R
• Familiarity with dev-ops tools and technologies such as Azure, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes is a plus
