Tasks

Your mission

We are looking for a Intern Sales Representative who wants to work on the next-generation of financial services and make a dent on how businesses access capital. Being able to sell is a key skill and enabler for any business to succeed. If you bring the intuition, confidence and ambition, we ll provide you with the hunting ground, opportunity, and support to develop your skill.The successful candidate is self-driven, excited to learn, and passionate about building a career. As part of our team, you will be using your strong prospecting ability to help fill the pipeline that will lead us to growth and happy customers. Besides the learning curve, the job would also provide you with a fast-track to becoming a long-term part of our Sales team or beyond.

What will you do?

  • Be one of the first team members to focus on sales of a new fintech product while work hand in hand with the founders in qualifying leads and closing deals
  • You proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and research contact persons and decision makers
  • You ll contact leads via email, social media and by telephone to set up meetings or calls with Tilta s founders and yourself
  • You ll manage our CRM (Pipedrive) to keep track of all ongoing conversations
  • You will create the future of embedded finance - Your name will be part of this story!

Requirements

  • You are a passionate sales person with strong commercial drive and attitude, negotiating skill, and clear appetite for deals
  • You are confident and ready to approach people actively via email or to pick up a phone and call customers
  • You had first experience in successfully selling a product or service
  • You have the ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision
  • Native in German, fluent English
