Paid Social Media Manager for Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads & more (all genders) - English speaking

To expand our wonderful team in Berlin, we are looking for a driven Paid Social Media Manager (all genders) with focus on Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & more.

Tasks

• Advising our (inter)national clients on their paid social media ads strategy
• Develop & create Paid Social Media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze performance and competition with specific recommendations of action and subsequent evaluation of success
• Independent management of our clients' media budgets with a focus on client objectives
• Orientation, professional training and support for new employees (e. g. Trainees)
• You like new challenges and are keen to contribute your own ideas and push projects forward

Requirements

• 0.5 - 1 year experience (e. g. as a Junior or Trainee) in the field of Performance Marketing
• Good knowledge of common social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Capable of working with data analysis and specifically Excel or Google Sheets
• A high degree of self-initiative and organizational skills
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1 level) - German or other languages an advantage
• An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
