Business Travel Consultant (remote) w/ native level of English

Our client is a leader in corporate travel management, with offices around the world. They are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join their emergency team. This means you would be helping the customers outside of office hours, which can be done remotely from the comfort of your home! Also, there is the option to work 35 or 37,5 hours per week.

You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, you love helping people and you have knowledge of Amadeus.

Tasks

• Searching and confirming travel reservations for the customer
• Guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer in changing situations
• Provide help in last-moment changing situations
• Support the company and client-driven initiatives
• Apply specific communication guidelines and standards to interactions
• Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries support

Requirements

• Experience (1 year and up) in the business travel industry
• Advanced skills in Amadeus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
