Internship Growth Marketing (m/w/d)

marta connects caregivers from all over Europe to families who need help in caring for their loved ones. We have embarked on a journey to make elderly care more transparent, affordable, and reliable. While in the current market, there are up to six intermediaries involved in a single placement of a caregiver, four out of five placements fail due to errors.

Our matching platform provides a transparent marketplace where carers can find the assignment that actually works out for them.

The market today is still primarily analog and highly dysfunctional. Care is inadequate and caregivers often earn too little. Our goal is to bring transparency to this opaque market and empower caregivers to deal with their daily challenges with services that make their lives easier.

We address problems that every family with elderly relatives faces - by improving care through technology and giving patients the opportunity to age in dignity in their familiar environment.

As a Growth Marketing Intern (m/f/d) you will be supporting the Manager and focus on various technical and analytical aspects of Marketing. Ownership, motivation to learn and engagement are a must. This internship will give you a broad experience in various aspects of marketing, but especially a deep dive into Search Engine Marketing and Optimization.

Tasks

• You re working on the new big thing to bring our user numbers to the next level
• You work on Content, Strategy and Campaigns
• You work through the funnel and deliver the important input for optimization
• You research trends and measures, and run campaigns to drive SEO & SEM
• You work on content management in CMS and data maintenance in CRM
• You create reports and analyze campaign and channel performance to measure our goals
• You kick off new Campaigns and testing against hypothesis

Requirements

• You re obsessed with products, how they work and attract users
• You get excited about creative ideas and come up with ideas yourself
• You execute your ideas independently and are driven to deliver results
• You are passionate about taking care of our most vulnerable population: The elderly
• You are innovative mind and a strong hands-on mentality with a focus on execution, and high motivation to take an active role in our company
• You have a quick learning ability, outstanding analytical skills and a structured way of thinking, your attention to details is exceptional
• You approach new topics and challenges independently and proactively and demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• A big plus is SQL knowledge (Highly appreciated!)
• You actively help yourself (and others) be successful
