Vice President – Investment Banking

Job Title: Vice President Investment Banking

Location of role: (REMOTE, but MUST live in NYC, IL, or CA)

Must be vaccinated

Salary or Hourly range: 180K to 200K plus bonus Depending on experience DOE

Key Points:

• Minimum 4+ years of transactions-related experience in a corporate finance environment from a middle-market investment bank
• Significant experience executing middle-market M&A, private financings, and/or special situation transactions
• Significant client interaction and experience
• Strong financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills
• FINRA Series 7/79 and 63 licenses will be required
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review work product of junior investment banking professionals
• Support Directors in all aspects of business development, and deal execution
• Significant role in communicating/meeting with clients and counterparties to transaction (and professional advisors)
• Review and prepare transaction-related documentation and management presentations
• Prepare and review financial models and analyses
• Significant role in initial client diligence and support transaction diligence
