Tasks

They will have extensive experience in Life Sciences functions such as clinical, manufacturing / technical operations.r driving innovation and change within the industry.

In addition, they shall have business acumen and be a part of the leadership team with delivery responsibility, as well as a critical role in growing Atos consulting business. As experienced leader adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagement, they are instrumental in closing the gap between clinical, commercial functions and manufacturing understanding relations and impact of e.g. biomarkers, clinical trials, smart factory solutions and technology for Atos success in Life Sciences.

They are responsible for converting new or existing business ideas into opportunities and into projects with high degrees of client satisfaction. Their experience and high-level business/industry relationships result in impactful, revenue generating account growth. Capable of leading teams, the perfect candidate will provide deep subject matter expertise and business strategy insights necessary to ensure high-quality business development and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Directly contribute to business development and pre-sales in functions as R&D and manufacturing while pushing innovative and differentiating topics

  • Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth
  • Work near the customers, account teams, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions
  • Lead our Life Sciences consulting engagements
  • Select resources for the delivery of an engagement
  • Provide direct consulting services to customer
  • Provide consultants on projects with guidance related to the engagements and customers they are working with and on behalf of
  • Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a quality-driven manner, meet internal standards, and the expectations of the customer
  • Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants
  • Actively participate in the development/improvement of standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services
  • Develop thought leadership for internal and external use, writing papers and producing case studies
  • Willing to travel and work remotely as and when required

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years experience leading consulting engagements preferably although not limited to health and life science+B1s customers

  • Experience in consultative selling for generating demand, starting with small consulting engagements and growing the business into a multi-million portfolio
  • Acumen to identify the right partner and to leverage the overall Life Sciences eco-system to win engagements by complementing Atos capabilities
  • Capable to understand how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. Fluency in German as an additional plus.
