s have a look at it together:
- Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organisation's reward strategy.
- Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies
- Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets
- Develop salary band across Europe according to implementation of Global Job Band
- Collect data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
- Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations. Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.
- Support in design and rollout of new Short- & Long-Term Incentive programs and employee mobility guidelines
- Monitoring of government regulations, legislation, and market trends
Your profile

s why it is essential for you to have:
- A Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum five years similar experience in multinational companies
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Solid Language Package: German and English at least C1
