We are excited to invite you to your new role as our Compensation & Benefits Manager! We need you and your expertise to make the lives of our employees better, so, if you regard yourself as a People Happiness Manager so to speak, you are just the person we are in need of :)
Besides, should Munich not be the best option for you, lets discuss how you would handle this remote, with occasional visits to our office, all right? __Anyway, what your day-to-day business might look like? Lets have a look at it together:

• Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organisation's reward strategy.
• Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies
• Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyse compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets
• Develop salary band across Europe according to implementation of Global Job Band
• Collect data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
• Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations. Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.
• Support in design and rollout of new Short- & Long-Term Incentive programs and employee mobility guidelines
• Monitoring of government regulations, legislation, and market trends

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you; what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about Benefits and how to use all the nice jiucy little benefits out there, thats why it is essential for you to have:

• A Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum five years similar experience in multinational companies
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Solid Language Package: German and English at least C1
