SAP Business Process Expert SCM (m/f/d)

For our partner, a leading global supplier of synthetic elastomers, who supplies customers on all continents with high-quality products, we are looking for you as "SAP Business Process Expert SCM (m/f/d)".

As "Business Process Expert SCM" you are part of the IT department "Supply Chain Platforms". The team is responsible for project execution and global support in this environment.

You are an expert with in-depth knowledge of the SAP SCM / WM / IM / MM modules and would like to continue your career in an internationally active company? Then we have

Tasks

• Preparation and execution of international workshops and meetings (e.g. in the areas of training, and process improvement)
• Development and implementation of new concepts together with the business units
• Coordination of project assignments and project goals for the IT department
• Planning and controlling relevant project tasks, deadlines, resources, costs and budgets, including external service providers if necessary
• Preparation and execution of international workshops and meetings (e.g. in the areas of training process improvement)
• Customizing/configuration in the areas of material and warehouse management, production & quality management
• Processing of support requests
• Support of interfaces to external applications if necessary (e.g. warehouse management systems, scanning solutions)
• User support (2nd & 3rd level) as well as preparation and execution of user trainings.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or logistics or with a corresponding focus or a comparable qualification
• Profound SAP customizing knowledge in the area of MM & WM
• Experience in other SAP modules (especially PP-PI & QM) is an advantage
• At least three years of experience in SAP from consulting or corporate IT in a comparable position in an international environment
• High level of initiative, presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ideally experience in the process industry
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Hands-on mentality
• English or German fluent in written and spoken, any other European language is an advantage
• Candidates with an employer-independent work permit for Germany or the EU would be
  advantageous.
