ERP Process Manager (all genders)

Tasks

  • As product owner of our commercial tool stack, you translate business requirements into development requests for our own, dedicated development team
  • You are responsible for managing our product offering including pricing for each product category, channel and geography
  • You monitor, analyze, maintain and improve the processes of our ERP and CRM system Odoo
  • You design and implement commercial processes for new products, features, channels and markets
  • You plan and execute implementation roadmaps and release cycles for the commercial tool stackYou screen, evaluate, align on, integrate and implement best-of-breed tools along our commercial value chain
  • You are accountable for improving our commercial process landscape used by colleagues, customers, and partners
  • You are responsible for organizational development of our commercial tribes and serve as coach for revenue operations related issues
  • You report your activities to the management

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years experience in a relevant role
  • You have experience as a Product Owner defining both business and technical requirements for an agile software development process
  • You are an organization wizard and have demonstrated project management skills
  • You know how to setup commercial, operational processes
  • You strive to contribute to the growth story of tribe29
  • You work structured towards solutions, critically assess the status quo and keep a cool head when the house is on fire
  • You both value your freedom to operate and an intense exchange across teams
  • You demonstrate hands-on experience with structuring configuration and development tasks
  • You are fluent in English and German and value interpersonal connections in a vast variety of disciplines
  • Practical experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Odoo, Salesforce or SAP with a focus on product and pricing management is desirable
