Tasks

What you can expect

As Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in helping us build the world's leading climate rating platform. Join us in building the infrastructure that enables companies to massively improve their climate performance and take the frontend of our software to the next level.

Our Tech stack: React / Typescript / React Router V6 / MobX / Material-UI

Backend: Python / Django / PostgreSQL / AWS / Kubernetes / Celery

What you will be responsible for

• Participate in every stage of our B2B data platform s development lifecycle from design to implementation, testing, rollout and making everything run smoothly.
• Work closely with our UX/UI Designer to translate high fidelity mockups into modern and beautiful applications in order to offer our customers the best experience possible.
• Collaborate with us to build an end-to-end product from an early stage up, alongside colleagues from different disciplines, and guided by the needs and insights learned from our customers.
• Own the planning, development and maintenance of new features and interfaces of our web app.
• Write well tested code and drive the improvement of development and release processes.
• Be a team player, support our Junior Frontend developers when needed and write documentation of your work to ease knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• You have at least four years of relevant experience with a similar tech stack.
• You have extensive experience in developing production frontends using RESTful APIs in JavaScript and React.
• You are autonomous and have the ability to plan and implement high quality components on your own.
• You love taking ownership in an environment, where we adapt to learnings quickly and your work is characterized by independence and personal responsibility.
• You score extra points if you have experience with Material-UI. You are comfortable communicating in English, as this is our main working language.
