Deine Aufgaben

• You work closely with our CEO and Country Managers to hire top talent for various business groups within EMEA
• You recruit the best talent in the international trade and craft area, as well as in the commercial sector
• You provide best-in-class candidate experience for all applicants
• You develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.
• You participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects, e.g. employer branding activities.
• You develop and implement long-term partnerships and collaboration with internal & external partners globally

Dein Profil

• You have successfully completed a university degree with focus on international business management, human resources or comparable training in the field
• You bring 4 years (or more) of recruiting experience to the table and have passion for it
• You have a good feeling for the needs of our employees and candidates and find a common level with craftsmen as well as with academics
• You work independently, creatively and result-oriented
• Your productivity is fueled by a dynamic startup environment
• You want to take responsibility and establish and control processes independently
