The Opportunity

Does the opportunity to develop and own the Program Manager function for Enterprise customers at a rapidly growing innovative SaaS company excite you?

As our Marketing Program Manager - Enterprise, you will play an instrumental role in the strategic planning and execution of the go-to-market strategies of our software products, while leading cross-functional efforts across different teams to launch new products/capabilities. You will find yourself uniquely positioned, on the one hand, to represent our products to the world; and on the other, to be the voice of our customers, supporting various teams that are striving towards continuous improvement. In this capacity, you will get to develop the positioning and key messaging of our products, tell our product and customer stories, contribute to campaigns, create and strengthen our enablement resources, and much more.

In this role, you will report to the Team Lead Growth Marketing, and work at the close intersection of the Product Management, Solution Factory, Marketing, and Sales Teams, and you will design and execute worldwide industry-leading marketing programs/campaigns to build awareness and demand for our Enterprise-focused products and services.

The team you will join consists of people who are passionate about building a best-in-class marketing organization and have become global leaders on key Marketing topics around the world, with their achievements being recognized by customers and competitors alike.

How you will make an impact

  • You will actively create and maintain buyer personas and leverage key customer insights to drive improvements through our sales and marketing channels
  • You will develop a deep understanding of our competitor landscape and their value proposition to create an impactful strategy to win against them
  • You will closely collaborate with Product Management, Solution Factory, and Marketing colleagues to develop our product positioning and key messaging
  • You will extensively support our sales channels, equipping them with the insights to solve (potential) customer issues, enabling them to use the internal tools and external collaterals
  • You will serve as the key facilitator between Product Management and Marketing to ensure the smooth planning, enablement and execution of our product launches
  • You will partner with our marketing program management team to develop marketing plans including the key deliverables and budgets

What will help you succeed in the role

  • At least 5+ years of program management experience in B2B or SaaS technology will help you understand and navigate our solutions with relative ease
  • Your strategic mindset with a pragmatic attitude will underline your ability to translate technical product data into effective marketing concepts and sales pitch decks
  • Your excellent collaborative and people management skills will empower you to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including multiple remote teams
  • Your confidence coupled with a proactive attitude will allow you to successfully conduct interviews, onsite customer visits, and tradeshow events
  • With solid written and verbal communication skills in English as well as German, you will be able to create impactful written content as well as succeed as a public speaker addressing large groups of senior and seasoned professionals, especially for the DACH market
